Experienced Hard Landscaper

Required for immediate start to work within 5-15 miles of Ashtead.

​

Must be able to manage the hard landscaping elements of our work.

Instructions and plans where possible will be provided, but all work will be given clear instructions for you to follow as this element will form part of our overall landscape project and our team will be on site too.

PAVING - SLAB, BLOCK-PAVING, EDGING

​

You will be able to mark out (using laser levels where possible), ensure the 'muck' required is mixed to your requirements by our own labourers, the patio falls are in the right order, slabs are laid flat to each other following any falls. In addition, you should be very familiar with marking nd cutting any slab type (porcelain, granite, etc.,) to shape and to a high standard, including being able to cut the slabs using hand-held grinders and wet saw benches.

OTHER WORK REQUIRED all the the same high standards

 

Be able to mark out, and install fencing other any length and falls

Lay and correctly join railway sleepers as retaining walls, borders etc.

Create concrete bases - smoothed, edged and using methods to allow for expansion and rebar etc.

ADVANTAGEOUS

 

If you are also able to lay bricks to build walls

Rendering walls - K-rend.

Turn you hand to construction - such as assisting with building pergolas, creating screens, arbors etc.

SALARY

​

£150-200 per day based upon proven experience.
